In the early 90s the company from Mantua decided to create its own Spark aftermarket exhaust range to customize the first version of the iconic Ducati Monster carburetors with a unique style.
Together with the legendary Ducati 916 project, Spark passion for Borgo Panigale's motorbikes continued... so much that Spark R&D offers many different products on catalog for every new Monster model coming during the years. For Monster S2R and S4R Spark designed a modular system with two different configurations for the silencers, compatible with both Spark racing manifold and the original catalyzed collector.
The pair of lateral silencers 45° (GDU0823) follows the original lines of the motorbike but gives a more aggressive look and sound. The endcap with 60mm large diameter enhances the racing essence of the bike. Silencers are available in carbon, with a precise and elegant texture and glossy finish.
Two high mounting version are also available: round silencers (GDU0820) and oval silencers (GDU0821) are provided with specific mounting parts so that you can install one silencer to the right side and one to the left side of the bike right under the saddle, for an absolutely special and extreme exhaust.
In addition, the racing collector (GDU8504) can be combined to Spark or to the original silencers so as to eliminate the catalyst.
Aisi 304 stainless steel manifold diameters and design have been studied to optimize delivery without any modification to the original ECU. Removing the catalyst means saving weight and also avoiding high temperatures which can be very annoying during travels. The manifold is provided with bungs for the original lambda. The collector undergoes an electropolishing treatment which protects the material from external agents such as salt you can often find in northern countries roads, which typically makes the original or some aftermarket collectors get stained.
By combining the manifold with one of the Spark slip-ons it is possible to have a powerful amd modular full system that can be bought in separate parts and in different moments.
